• Carefully read and sign the agreement.
• Send the signed agreement via email to vendors@prismaticprint.de for approval.

4. Vendor Responsibilities As a vendor on Prismatic Print, you agree to:

5. Fees and Payments

• Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

7. Shipping and Returns

• Vendors are responsible for shipping products to customers in a timely manner.
• Vendors must establish and clearly communicate their return and refund policies.

8. Termination

• Prismatic Print reserves the right to terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms or the Vendor Agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

• Vendors retain ownership of their products and branding but grant Prismatic Print the right to display and promote their products on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Prismatic Print is not liable for any disputes between vendors and customers. Vendors are solely responsible for their products and customer service.

11. Updates to Terms
